Welcome back! Yesterday, we shared with you some of the top articles we found when writing our company goals for 2015. Today, we want to share with you our top 3 goals, as well as give you a bit of help with yours.
First things first, here are our top 3:
#1. Expand Online Shop
To do this, we will be brainstorming more products we can sell, particularly those that are made to order. An extension of this goal is to add products that require inventory, and provide items for wholesale. We will start with made-to-order expansion, and go from there!
#2. Gain 10 New Email Marketing Contracts
10 new customers may not seem like much, but it’s quite a bit when you have 20 email campaigns to send out every month! This goal may actually be a bit hefty, but it’s not something we can’t accomplish. Plus, like we learned yesterday, it’s not a bad idea to set high stakes for yourself – you may just outperform!
#3: Increase Profit by 5% from 2014
Profit increase is always a goal every year, but this year is a bit different because it’s put in percentage rather than dollars. It was much easier to choose based on percentage of gross income last year, rather than picking a random number. Plus, with the new Shop and the goal of gained customers, increase in profit is definitely something we are estimating and aiming towards!
We would love to hear some of your goals, too! Whether they are personal or business, everyone has at least one thing they’d like to accomplish in the future, whether you’re thinking of it in terms of the year 2015 or beyond.
Now for the fun part! Click on the “Printable Goal-Getter” link to opem our Goal-Getter and print it out! Let us know if and how it helped! If you have any tips on how to make it better, we’d like to know that too!
Have a great New Year’s celebration, we will see you in 2015!
